Thank you for your interest in BELMINT products. We want you to be pleased with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our customer service representatives are available to assist.
At BELMINT, we pride ourselves on our product quality and maintain strict quality control checks during the manufacturing process. In addition, we offer a comprehensive 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and limited 1-Year Warranty for all of our products.
1-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY
BELMINT warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, BELMINT will replace your item, if requested within the warranty period. The BELMINT warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by user error.
90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from BELMINT days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be be filled out with all of the required and correct information within 90 days of your purchase date by contacting Customer Support at support@belmint.com. All required information must be filled out correctly and completely on the RMA form
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return or the return may not be processed.
- The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.
To obtain your RMA number submit the following information via our website
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase (screenshot or photo of your receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos to support the details of the problem, if applicable (e.g. broken or missing parts)
Additional terms and conditions
- Shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges to return the product. In addition, the customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to BELMINT.
- If you return a product to BELMINT (a) without an RMA from our customer support team or (b) without all parts included in the original package, BELMINT retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return.
- The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for BELMINT to credit your account.
- Returns will only be processed for products purchased directly from BELMINT.
Warranty Process
All Warranty claims must be made only within a 1-year period from the purchased date. If a product defect arises within the allowable time, submit the following information to the BELMINT customer support team via our website:
- Full details of the problem that you are experiencing with the product
- Proof of purchase (screenshot or photo of your receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos to support the details of the problem, if applicable (e.g. broken or missing parts)
If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, BELMINT will either,
- repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
BELMINT is not responsible for loss or revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, damage to, compromise or, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse or inability to use this product, or any other breach of warranty or condition regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if BELMINT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nor shall recovery of any kind against BELMINT be greater than the purchase price of the product. Without limiting the foregoing, purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage of injury to purchaser and purchaser’s property and to others and their property arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use this product sold by BELMINT not caused directly by the negligence of BELMINT.
REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
A BELMINT Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to return a product covered under BELMINT’s Exchange & Refund Policy or Warranty Program (covered product). After you submit an RMA form, we will review your request and send approval if the product is covered under the program. Once BELMINT receives your covered product, we will send you a repaired or refurbished replacement product. Items being returned will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please follow these steps to submit a covered product for an RMA number and shipping instructions.

To resolve your warranty claim as quickly and easily as possible, please let us know how to best contact you. Please note that photos will be required of the items and issues you are experiencing. If these cannot be attached to this claim please contact us at support@belmint.com

BELMINT’s Customer Support team will review and process your RMA request. Once approved, we will send you the RMA number via email.

Ship your product to the BELMINT returns warehouse using the following address:

IMPORTANT: The RMA number must be listed either inside the shipping box or written legibly on the outside of the shipping box.

STEP 4
Your repaired or replacement product will be sent to you at the address on the original order (unless a different address is formally requested via email or in the notes on the original return or warranty claim).

APPROVED SHIPPING METHODS
- You are free to use the shipping method and courier of your choice.
- We recommend you obtain delivery confirmation and a tracking number for your shipment so that you can trace the shipment, if necessary.
- BELMINT is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment to or from BELMINT during any return or warranty claim process. We recommend that you insure your shipment for the value of the product.
- Please use an appropriate shipping box and packing material. Products received in a shipping envelope or soft packaging material will be rejected and will void the warranty. We reserve the right to return such products and charge handling and shipping costs.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Charges for shipping products to BELMINT are the customer’s responsibility. BELMINT may pay ground freight charges (the United States only) to ship a repaired or replacement product to you. BELMINT is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments to or from BELMINT during a return or warranty claim. BELMINT is not responsible for expedited shipping charges, duties and customs charges, freight insurance, or shipping charges outside of the United States.
