All sales are final

Every Belmint gift is made to order, and most are engraved with the wording you choose. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or our mistake

If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake on the engraving or the item, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Please check your spelling

We engrave exactly what you type on the product page. Spelling or wording mistakes in the order are not covered, so please check the review box before you add to cart.
