We welcome you to buy again, or exchange or return a purchase

Your satisfaction is important to us

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Belmint purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one, subject to the conditions below.

Please keep your original order receipt for returns, refunds and exchanges. You can return a product for up to {Number} calendar days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at 1844-423-5646.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

To be eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange, ALL Products MUST be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition as you received it
  • in the original packaging
  • returned in accordance with instructions received from Customer Service

Belmint return policy

  • You have {Number} calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Belmint will accept returns on products that are identified on the Product Information Page as eligible for return or if it is a Damaged Product
  • Your sole and exclusive remedy consists of the following:
    • Store credit in the amount charged for the applicable Product; provided that the credited amount will not include the applicable Delivery Fee, which is nonrefundable
    • Store credits may only be used for future purchases of Products on the Belmint Website and are subject to some restrictions

Return procedures

  • All returns must be made within {Number} calendar days after the Product Purchase Date
  • All returned Products must be:
    • unused
    • in the same condition as you received it
    • in the original packaging
    • in accordance with instructions received from Customer Service
  • You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling for the returned Product
  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and Belmint reserves the right to handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion

Damaged products

  • If the product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), Belmint will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures
  • Once Belmint confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was in returned in accordance with the Return Procedures, your sole and exclusive remedy is that
    • We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product
    • OR

    • We will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product
  • The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee

Refunds

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
  • You will receive the credit within 3-7 business days, based on your card issuer’s policies

Exchanges

  • You may exchange your product for another, per instructions and approval from Customer Service
